3. API Usage

API keys are for your use only and may not be shared. You are responsible for all activity under your API key. Rate limits must be respected.

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, data is provided "as is" for informational purposes only. Always verify with official sources for critical decisions.

5. Payment Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if no significant API usage has occurred.
